Science may take years to find answers, and fighting for support can take just as long, with no promise of the outcome. We can’t be sure of our own future, but we can be sure of this: the support is here now.
No hidden costs
Nothing is deducted from the support you receive. You keep 100% of the support offered, no administration or legal costs deductions.

How it works
We’ve kept the process as simple as possible, so you can focus on your dog. Here’s how it works, step by step.
- 1Submit your records. Send us your dog’s veterinary records and details of all costs incurred so far. If you’ve claimed on pet insurance, include any excess you’ve paid and any increase to your premium.
- 2Review of your records. We’ll review your records and let you know if anything is missing before we move on to verification.
- 3Verification with your vet. We’ll then confirm your dog’s diagnosis, records and costs directly with your veterinary practice.
- 4Your support offer. We’ll confirm how much support we can offer you, based on your verified records.
- 5Review your support offer. Before you accept, take time to review your support offer agreement. Please note that any settlement is full and final.
- 6Receive your support. Once you’ve accepted the offer, share your bank details and we’ll transfer the funds to you.
